📋 Description

• Develop and lead Identity and Access Management capabilities supporting cloud enablement across multiple cloud partners • Establish secure IAM architectural solutions, standards, patterns, and frameworks • Develop Lilly’s long-term IAM architectural strategy • Evaluate emerging identity technologies and translate research into adoption roadmaps • Participate in security architecture reviews using a threat-driven mindset • Architect NIST-aligned identity controls and collaborate on policy enforcement • Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and industry requirements • Lead automation initiatives and expedite assessments using identity and cloud automation tooling • Create executive-ready dashboards using data visualization tools • Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP • Drive identity innovation through research, proof-of-concept initiatives, and cloud-native approaches • Collaborate with architects and partners across infrastructure, applications, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Operations, and Business units • Translate complex identity requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans • Serve as a trusted advisor to technical, business, and management partners • Coach engineers, junior architects, and operational staff on IAM methodologies • Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement in identity initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related technical field preferred • 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management • 3+ years of experience in identity architecture, strategy, and roadmap planning in an enterprise environment • Deep expertise in Authentication Services, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and related technologies • Experience with Okta, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID • Legal authorization to work in the United States • No anticipated employment visa sponsorship for this position • Knowledge and expertise in identity and cloud technologies • Track record delivering enterprise IAM solutions • Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-63 and HIPAA • Strong influence, communication, writing, and presentation skills • Critical thinking and natural curiosity • Ability to challenge processes and recommend security, delivery, risk, or service-quality improvements • Ability to gain multifunctional support and influence adoption of identity architecture decisions • Relevant certifications preferred, including CISSP, CISM, CIAM/CIDPRO, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or equivalent Auth0/Okta certifications
