📋 Description

• Recruit a pipeline of highly qualified ‘A Player’ medical providers • Source, interview, and onboard providers for locum assignments with WMS Clients • Track conversations and communications and keep provider’s profile up to date • Represent WMS through professionalism, communication, support, and follow-up with providers • Work with the staffing department to find meaningful opportunities for providers • Build a talent pool and create a candidate network • Actively source new providers through multiple mediums available • Onboard potential A player providers that fit WMS • Ensure the integrity of data by following onboarding processes and documentation protocols • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and current medical providers • Communicate promptly and effectively with providers • Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience working in Locums Staffing • Experience in the healthcare field preferred • Experience keeping regular and detailed documentation • Track record of success in previous positions • Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM software.
