📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Azure API Management (APIM) • Handle API onboarding, backend integrations, routing, gateway policies, and traffic controls • Implement and maintain API authentication, authorization, security, and lifecycle management practices • Develop, customize, and maintain Full Stack as the central developer portal for the Integration Hub • Manage API catalog entries, documentation, ownership information, metadata, and integrations across connected systems • Build automated API specification validation, linting, and quality controls • Integrate quality controls into CI/CD pipelines • Automate platform deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code • Support monitoring, observability, and operational reliability • Troubleshoot issues across API gateways, developer portals, catalog integrations, applications, and cloud infrastructure • Create documentation and drive continuous platform improvements • Provide technical ownership across API management, developer portals, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • At least five years of relevant professional experience • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure API Management or a comparable API management platform • Experience developing or extending Full Stack or a similar internal developer portal • Solid understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and API lifecycle management • Strong development skills in TypeScript and JavaScript, including Node.js and React • Experience with API security concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JSON Web Tokens (JWT) • Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Bicep, or similar Infrastructure as Code and automation tools • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work autonomously, be resourceful, coordinate and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Canadian residency, including a valid work permit in Canada
