📋 Description

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability, performance, and availability • Resolve technical and/or security issues, seeking assistance when appropriate • Schedule and execute routine maintenance, including system updates, patches, and upgrades • Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies • Monitor user accounts and activity to identify and resolve issues • Maintain data integrity across Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management modules • Participate in and support ITIL-aligned change management cycles, including assessing, testing, and implementing approved changes • Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes with vendors and internal teams • Build and deploy components for new implementations or enhancements, including service catalog items, forms, and notifications • Support integrations by configuring connectors and ensuring data flow between ServiceNow and other systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field; 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification, Required • 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, Required • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture, Required • Completion of the Epic Sphinx test as part of the consideration process • Ability to work M-F 8-5 ET
