• Manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers as the primary point of contact • Foster trust and build strong, long-term customer relationships • Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews • Cultivate referenceable customers • Advocate for customer product, technology, and service needs internally • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans • Identify and mitigate churn risks through data analysis, usage tracking, and early intervention • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities • Collaborate with Sales to close expansion opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs • Program-manage customer onboarding and implementation • Drive product adoption through training, resources, and best practices • Communicate customer needs and challenges to cross-functional teams • Collect and relay feedback to influence product development • Track and report customer health, retention, and other key metrics • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM/customer success platform

🎯 Requirements

• Deep customer-facing experience in account management or customer success; preferably 5+ years • Ideally experience in SaaS and FinTech • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites up to 25% • Customer-centric mindset • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues • Comfort working with technology and quickly learning new software and tools • Data-driven approach • Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and support teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Willingness to travel quarterly or as needed for in-person customer and team meetings
