• Manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers as the primary point of contact • Foster trust and build strong, long-term customer relationships • Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews • Cultivate customers who can serve as positive references for Eltropy • Advocate for customer product, technology, and service needs internally • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans • Identify and mitigate churn risks through data analysis, usage tracking, and early intervention • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities • Collaborate with Sales to close expansion opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs • Program-manage customer onboarding and implementation • Drive product adoption through training, resources, and best practices • Communicate customer needs and challenges to cross-functional teams • Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product development • Track and report customer health, retention rates, and key metrics • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM/CS platform

🎯 Requirements

• Deep customer-facing experience (preferably 5+ years) in account management or customer success • SaaS and FinTech experience ideally • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites—up to 25% • Customer-centric mindset • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfort working with technology and quickly learning new software and tools • Data-driven approach • Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and support teams • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment • Willingness to travel quarterly or as needed for in-person meetings • Must be based in South Central U.S. remote region: UT, CO, KS, OK, TX, MO, AR, LA, or MS
