📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and system requirements to develop effective technology solutions • Design, implement, maintain, and enhance complex computer systems and application environments • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements • Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate proposed system enhancements and new initiatives • Identify data integration challenges and develop solutions for complex business problems • Recommend system improvements, process optimizations, and technology strategies • Support the development of system designs, workflows, data structures, and functional specifications • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts with technical teams • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical personnel to ensure successful project outcomes • Lead or mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active Security Clearance required • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or application support • Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, and system design methodologies • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and resolving complex business and technical challenges • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience supporting enterprise systems in finance, logistics, operations, inventory management, engineering, or business administration (preferred) • Familiarity with database technologies, reporting tools, and business process optimization (preferred) • Experience leading project workstreams or mentoring junior analysts (preferred) • Knowledge of system integration, workflow automation, and data management best practices (preferred)
