📋 Description

‱ Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. ‱ Manage multiple requisitions across levels (IC, lead, manager) and functions (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, QA). ‱ Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals. ‱ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops. ‱ Drive offer negotiation and closing strategies with candidates. ‱ Improve interview process efficiency, feedback quality, and hiring velocity.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with strong focus on technical hiring. ‱ Proven track record hiring for engineering roles (startup or high-growth environment preferred). ‱ Strong sourcing skills with measurable success in passive candidate hiring. ‱ Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions. ‱ Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring market trends. ‱ Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools.
