📋 Description

• Own product features from concept and UX through backend systems and production launch • Design scalable backend architectures, APIs, async pipelines, and AI inference workflows • Lead system design with a focus on performance, reliability, and extensibility • Design clean, scalable data models across SQL and NoSQL systems • Build polished frontend experiences using React / Next.js • Make and clearly communicate technical trade-offs • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and GTM • Mentor engineers and raise the overall engineering bar • Influence architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience shipping production systems at scale • Ability to independently design and ship end-to-end features • Strong system design and data modeling skills • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis, Firestore) • Backend experience with Node.js and/or Python • Frontend experience with React / Next.js • High product intuition and comfort operating in ambiguity • Nice to Have: Experience with AI-powered or data-heavy products • Nice to Have: Cloud-native architecture experience (GCP, serverless, containers) • Nice to Have: Startup experience or ownership of large product surfaces
