📋 Description

• Take the lead in Supplier Quality Rescue Projects • Collaborate with the Team in Brazil • Conduct on-site supplier audits and visits • Investigate quality problems and implement sustainable solutions • Provide regular progress updates to Top Management • Perform Risk Assessment during selection process for new Suppliers • Conduct supplier assessments and audits • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions • Support handling of quality requirements and process changes • Work closely with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering • Strong understanding of quality management principles and problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC) • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred) • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) • Fluency in English is required • Bilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, or French a plus • Willingness to travel internationally
