📋 Description

• Test and evaluate outputs of AI/ML models within Trip Sight • Design complex, real-world travel scenarios to stress-test AI decision-making accuracy • Monitor and test AI chatbot responses for context and safety • Collaborate with developers during the coding phase for unit and integration test coverage • Execute manual API testing to verify data flow between systems • Perform comprehensive manual tests across web and mobile platforms • Act as the voice of the traveler ensuring UI/UX is intuitive

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in QA Manual Engineering • Strong understanding of Travel and Hospitality technology ecosystem • Proficient in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) • Familiarity with reading and understanding code (Python, Java, or JavaScript) • Experience querying databases (SQL) • Strong conceptual understanding of AI and Machine Learning models • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Zephyr.
