📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned region • Supervise a team of 15–20 technicians and create a successful work environment • Provide staff access to development, coaching, and feedback • Provide regular performance feedback and annual goals • Develop subordinates’ skills and encourage growth • Lead the company’s management strategy for the assigned region • Lead the team to deliver EFS’s range of services, ensure process adherence, and take responsibility for team performance • Ensure alignment with client objectives and performance measurements, including work order completion, chargeability, process adherence, team development, and safety • Solicit and apply internal and external customer feedback • Foster quality focus and improve processes, products, and services • Work with the Regional Director to develop and execute strategic direction • Support growth of EMCOR Field Operations through client relationships, process improvement, and technician skill development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience • 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Experience with operations and maintenance for multi-site commercial properties is preferred • Ability to identify best practices within industry and apply them across multi-site/account scope • Facility Management, IFM experience preferred • Must be willing to travel • Able to utilize PC and/or tablet to access and analyze data in company systems • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Specific vision abilities required include ability to adjust focus
