📋 Description

• Own the content marketing calendar, aligning output with brand, demand generation, and sales enablement goals • Lead the design, structure, and ongoing optimization of the company website • Write, edit, and manage production of blog posts, articles, case studies, and web copy for scientific and technical audiences • Research, write, and publish white papers and technical reports • Develop thought leadership content, including bylines, opinion pieces, and long-form assets, with subject-matter experts, scientists, and leadership • Partner with product, science, and engineering teams to translate technical and scientific concepts into clear narratives • Manage freelance writers, designers, and agency partners as needed • Track and report on content performance and iterate based on results • Ensure content maintains scientific accuracy and technical credibility

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in content marketing, owning content end to end • Hands-on experience with website design and content management • Comfortable working in a CMS and considering site structure, UX, and on-page content • Experience publishing white papers and thought leadership content for technical or scientific audiences • Technical background in chemistry, life sciences, or a related scientific field preferred • Prior experience in a technical or scientific company such as lab automation, biotech, life sciences, or an R&D-driven organization • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Ability to make complex technical topics accessible without oversimplifying them • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines • Comfortable collaborating with scientists, engineers, and technical leadership • Experience in cloud laboratory, lab automation, biotech, or pharma/life sciences marketing is a plus • Familiarity with SEO best practices and marketing analytics tools is a plus • Experience with graphic design or working with design teams is a plus
