📋 Description

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, families, and young adults • Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through the Care Dashboard • Manage a caseload fitting the therapist's lifestyle, with a minimum of 5 hours per week • Specialize in low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders • Optionally transition existing private clients to the platform for an improved compensation rate • Choose ages and conditions treated to work within a preferred niche • Provide care using interactive digital games and AI-assisted documentation tools

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license for the state of Arizona: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist • 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics • Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth • Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software • Spanish fluency is a significant plus • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week • 100% telehealth delivery capability • Provisional/associate license holders may apply through the indicated application path
