📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with highly compensated executive participants • Manage inbound calls and inquiries and conduct proactive outreach • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure consistent follow-through • Coordinate participant meetings with Executive Planners and Benefits Planners • Identify opportunities for broader financial planning conversations and deeper participant engagement • Handle account servicing and transaction requests • Educate participants on executive plan benefits and available options • Research and resolve participant inquiries • Coordinate with internal specialists on complex or specialized participant needs while maintaining ownership through resolution • Maintain knowledge of executive benefits and supported plans • Support Executive Planners and Benefits Planners with financial planning activities, meeting coordination, participant servicing, and administrative support • Maintain accurate participant records in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements • Document participant interactions, service requests, follow-up activities, and planning opportunities in CRM and recordkeeping systems • Partner with planners and internal service and specialist teams to deliver a coordinated, white-glove participant experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management • FINRA Series 7 registration • NASAA Series 63 registration • FINRA Fingerprinting required • Knowledge of financial wellness and investment management strategies • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, including direct interaction with high-net-worth, highly compensated, or executive clients • Ability to research and resolve account servicing and transaction-related inquiries while coordinating with internal partners • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills • Knowledge of executive benefit plans, retirement plans, or executive compensation arrangements • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • No employment visa sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship, including CPT/OPT • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a minimally disruptive home workspace • Reliable fiber, cable, or DSL internet connection
