📋 Description

• Lead complex analyses requiring in-depth evaluation of variable business and data factors • Develop dashboards, models, analytical frameworks, and reporting solutions • Provide visibility into staff and business performance through reporting that combines data from multiple systems • Investigate business questions using large and complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns or differences • Connect data across a broad and deep data environment • Identify solutions and improve data workflows and processes • Partner with business leaders to define analytical needs and decision inputs • Provide subject matter guidance on tools, techniques, and best practices • Contribute to functional roadmaps and analytics capability enhancements • Collaborate with technology teams on data structures, pipelines, and automation • Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives and partner with stakeholders across the organization • Question inputs, validate results, and assess whether analyses address meaningful business needs • Take increasing ownership of projects and independently drive work • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices and standards • Support relationship management and lifetime value analytics • Help the business navigate CRM and reporting transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Typically 7 to 10+ years of analytics experience • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship, including CPT/OPT • Ability to comfortably read SQL and use queries to understand expected outputs and data relationships • Experience working with large, highly complex datasets and data structures • Comfort with BI and data visualization tools • Experience with Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or Power BI; dashboards are transitioning from Tableau to Amazon QuickSight • Ability to independently lead complex analyses, synthesize insights, and support business decisions • Ability to investigate unclear analytical questions, validate findings, and ask thoughtful follow-up questions • Ability to take ownership of work and manage projects against established timelines • Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams • Master’s degree is a preferred qualification • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace for remote/hybrid work
