📋 Description

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements for software development projects • Analyze and translate business needs into user stories aligned with project goals • Conduct complex and critical work independently, exercising judgment and influencing best practices • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams • Conduct interviews, story mapping, storyboarding, workflow analysis, process analysis, and observation sessions • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement and efficiency opportunities • Work with Quality Assurance and Engineers to review story requirements and validate system functionality • Troubleshoot issues, conduct impact analysis, and recommend solutions • Review system enhancements with project stakeholders • Create flow diagrams and document technical solutions • Stay informed about business analysis and Agile best practices and emerging trends • Coach and mentor other Analysts and lead the Analyst community COE within the Value stream • Develop solutions to complex business problems with Architects and System Analysts • Participate in future application roadmaps and improve application scalability and resilience • Serve as a key point of contact for business queries, particularly during major incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience working with development and systems teams as a Lead Business Systems Analyst • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement • Ability to identify and solve business problems through innovative and practical solutions • Effective communication skills to understand stakeholder needs and clearly convey technical information • Proficiency in collecting, documenting, and managing system requirements from stakeholders • Understanding of technology and systems, including highly complex multi-platform applications and databases • Effective documentation skills for comprehensive reports, manuals, workflows, and specifications • Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project scope, requirements, or technological advancements • High proficiency with SQL, Toad, MS Access, Excel, and/or SharePoint • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodology, including Jira and Confluence • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable, including CPT/OPT • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (sets you apart) • Experience with Agile principles (sets you apart) • Prior production support and troubleshooting experience (sets you apart) • Experience as a QA or Developer (sets you apart)
