📋 Description

• Support execution of enterprise data governance processes and standards • Maintain and improve metadata and lineage for governed data • Analyze data meaning and identify anomalies or areas requiring stronger governance • Support data quality processes and issue resolution • Clarify ownership and stewardship responsibilities with data owners and stewards • Coordinate stakeholders to resolve ownership or governance issues • Support stewardship meetings and explain responsibilities to data owners and stewards • Apply governance processes to improve data and reporting reliability and consistency • Participate in data governance working groups and projects • Provide input to improve and mature governance processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related work • Experience contributing to data governance programs • SQL knowledge and ability to work directly with data • Experience with metadata and lineage • Knowledge of data quality and governance processes • Working knowledge of CCPA, ERISA, FINRA, and SEC requirements • Ability to work with business partners, data owners, and data stewards • Ability to independently investigate data governance and ownership issues and coordinate stakeholders • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and suitable home workspace for remote work
