📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to a portfolio of 20–25 franchise locations. • Conduct site audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational requirements. • Evaluate profitability, overhead costs, operational efficiencies, and key performance indicators. • Coach franchisees on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth. • Maintain structured meeting cadences and facilitate Level 10 Meetings. • Identify root causes of operational challenges, develop data-driven action plans, and lead execution. • Review financial statements, provide annual budget guidance, and establish revenue, profit, and operational goals. • Develop, standardize, and implement systemwide KPIs. • Recommend cost-optimization strategies and assist with sourcing materials and supplies. • Review pricing structures and adjust margins for seasonal fluctuations and demand spikes. • Create, refine, and implement standardized SOPs. • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve scalability. • Support local marketing plans, sales processes, lead management, conversion strategies, and customer engagement. • Create training materials and onboarding resources; deliver group and one-on-one training. • Support operational, cost-saving, technology, and resource-development initiatives. • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams. • Conduct approximately 20 on-site visits annually. • Prepare reports on findings, KPI performance, and improvement recommendations. • Maintain proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field. • Bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. • Analytically minded with the ability to evaluate performance data to identify growth opportunities • Ability to travel up to 40% • Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure
