📋 Description

• Define and lead the overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices • Own test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers • Drive test automation strategy and implementation (UI, API, and/or mobile) • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define acceptance criteria • Ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC (shift-left testing) • Review requirements, designs, and technical solutions for stability • Track and communicate quality metrics, risks, and release readiness • Champion continuous improvement in tools, frameworks, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing • 2+ years in a QA Lead or Senior QA role • Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies • Hands-on experience testing web applications, APIs, and/or mobile apps • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Nice to Have • Experience with performance and/or security testing • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience scaling QA practices in fast-growing teams • ISTQB or similar certifications
