📋 Description

• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for ServiceNow applications. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution. • Validate business requirements against system implementations. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues. • Support testing of workflows, configurations, and integrations within ServiceNow. • Maintain test documentation and ensure requirement traceability. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews. • Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards. • Assist in release validation and production readiness checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing or QA roles. • Strong experience testing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms. • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Technical & Functional Skills • Manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT) • Test case design and execution • Defect tracking and reporting • ServiceNow testing (workflows, modules, configurations) • Basic API testing (Postman preferred)
