• Prospect and develop new business with private higher education institutions • Lead national commercial expansion of the platform • Build and maintain relationships with: Rectors; Vice-Rectors; Academic Directors; Institutional sponsors/maintainers; C-level executives • Deliver strategic presentations and conduct high-value consultative negotiations • Build sales pipelines and manage strategic accounts • Sell solutions focused on revenue recovery and reducing student attrition • Identify growth, expansion, and strategic partnership opportunities • Support strategic positioning of the brand in the education market • Collaborate with technology, product, and strategy teams • Contribute to go-to-market planning and national expansion of operations • Represent Meu Diploma in meetings, events, and strategic negotiations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing • Strong interpersonal (relational) skills • Experience selling intangible solutions/services • Client prospecting • Willingness to travel • 3–5 years of professional experience preferred
• Fixed base salary plus variable compensation based on performance and market expansion • Partnership / equity opportunity • Executive growth opportunities within the operation • Strategic participation in the company's national expansion
