📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for technology and business roles, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, align hiring strategies, and provide guidance throughout recruiting and selection • Deliver a personalized candidate experience reflecting Encoura’s values • Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Operations, and cross-functional teams on competitive and equitable offers, efficient hiring processes, and candidate-to-employee transition • Use Greenhouse ATS for candidate management, interview coordination, workflow administration, and recruiting analytics • Analyze recruiting data and trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring outcomes • Use sourcing platforms, networking strategies, and market research to identify and engage qualified candidates • Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing technologies to build talent pipelines while maintaining a human-centered hiring experience • Build hiring-manager relationships, independently manage requisitions, and contribute to recruiting goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for technology and business functions • Working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and hiring best practices • Ability to analyze recruiting data and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail • Strong consultative skills and ability to provide business leaders with insights that improve hiring outcomes • Experience utilizing sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other talent search tools • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments preferred • Experience in Higher Education preferred • Successful candidates must complete and pass CLEAR™ identity verification during pre-employment screening • All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
