📋 Description

• Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce instances, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflows • Perform regular audits, data integrity checks, troubleshooting, and system performance optimization • Create and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields • Manage Salesforce automation tools • Lead customization and implementation projects with cross-functional teams • Implement automation, custom objects, and third-party integrations • Provide Salesforce user training and technical support • Gather stakeholder requirements and deliver tailored solutions • Advise stakeholders on impacts and considerations related to their requests • Oversee data imports, exports, and deduplication processes • Implement and monitor data security measures • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and workflows using Salesforce • Contribute to change management through end-user training and train-the-trainer sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Administrator Certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Flow • Advanced proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products • Experience leading and executing projects with go-to-market stakeholders • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Agentforce • Experience with data and system migrations is highly desirable • Advanced knowledge of data governance • Experience with compliance practices • Experience maintaining security best practices • Experience with complex bi-directional integrations between third-party tools and Salesforce • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms • Experience delivering end-user training and change management • Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications highly desirable
