📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical project developer and technical resource for the Public Sector East team in New England or New York • Understand customers' technical needs and translate them into accurate, concrete solutions • Conduct in-depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating inefficiencies within facilities • Analyze utility bills and financials • Coordinate with contractors and provide creative, economical, and technically sound solutions • Create written and schematic technical plans communicating solutions and risks • Perform energy savings calculations, operational savings calculations, life cycle cost analysis, and feasibility analysis • Provide energy analyses and establish guaranteed savings based on proposed measures • Create financial models based on customer parameters and project results • Coordinate with Account Executives and Project Managers to develop and present customer proposals • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure smooth installations and act as the technical communication link between operations and sales • Identify and work with subcontractors and consultants on technical analyses and project installation descriptions • Approve equipment before ordering to ensure accurate estimates and on-time delivery • Develop measurements to ensure energy and operational guarantees are met • Keep abreast of current technologies, regional legislation, and energy and plant/facility operations • Serve as the ongoing technical resource consultant for customers • Assist delivery teams in ensuring smooth installations and exceptional customer results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor�s degree from an ABET accredited Engineering/Technology program or equivalent • Three (3) to eight (8) years� experience in a construction or energy service related field • Frequent travel of approximately 25%-50%, including overnight stays • Must be capable of being adequately self-directed • Ability to successfully create and complete strategies in open protocol situations • Any of the following certifications are a bonus: CEM, CMVP, any LEED Certification, NEBB TAB, any ASHRAE Certification, Professional License (PE), NCESS Record
