• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical IT positions. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to define role requirements. • Source and engage candidates through direct search, social platforms, job boards, and referrals. • Screen candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit, using your IT knowledge to assess qualifications. • Conduct interviews and coordinate technical assessments when needed. • Perform reference checks and manage background verification processes. • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress. • Draft job descriptions and job advertisements, and manage postings on relevant platforms. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent for current and future hiring needs. • Work closely with the HR team on onboarding and other hiring logistics.
• 4+ years of experience recruiting and closing both technical and non-technical roles within the IT industry. • Strong understanding of software development roles, technology stacks, and IT terminology. • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing and offer management. • Hands-on experience with direct sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-powered sourcing techniques. • Experience hiring across both the EU and US markets is required. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. • Experience with ATS and HR systems, Google Workspace, and Slack. • Fluent English C1.
