• Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines in Engineering, Product, and Design • Work directly with Step's CTO, Founders, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent • Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent • Manage processes to ensure we are optimizing our tools, data, and reporting • Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing company • Care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome • Passionate about getting to know each candidate's background and motivations to align with the company's hiring needs • Collaborate well as a partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and Design • Hands-on experience making AI part of how you work • A demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a workstream and drive it independently from question to decision • The ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment • An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality — you act as an owner and move with urgency • Sweat the details to master your craft in recruiting
