📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs), networking, and referrals. • Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role • Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand role requirements, timelines, and advise on the best hiring strategy • Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements. • Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics via our Applicant Tracking System • Support CTG’s recruiting-focused employer branding efforts, including social media and outreach campaigns, to attract top talent. • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Stay informed about government contracting (GovCon) hiring trends, labor market shifts, and clearance-related news. • Train and develop CTG's team of interviewers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical or GovCon roles • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to improve and streamline recruiting processes • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and critical thinking • Ability to understand and discuss security clearance requirements with candidates • Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
