📋 Description

• Support full lifecycle recruiting efforts for technical and corporate positions across the company. • Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, and more. • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. • Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management. • Support onboarding and new hire orientation efforts to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience. • Assist with People Operations initiatives including employee engagement activities, internal communications, culture efforts, and special projects. • Support social media and employer branding efforts related to recruiting and company culture. • Maintain candidate and employee documentation while ensuring organization and compliance throughout processes. • Help the team stay agile and responsive as new hiring needs arise across the business. • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting and People Operations teams as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruiting required. • Strong sourcing and candidate screening experience across technical skill sets. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; JazzHR experience is a strong plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed. • Passion for culture, employee experience, and building strong teams. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience supporting federal government contracting or IT modernization programs is highly preferred. • Prior experience supporting HR, onboarding, employee engagement, or People Operations initiatives is a plus.
