📋 Description

• Conduct approximately 20 telehealth visits per day with established homebound Medicare patients using video-first or audio-only visits • Review and sign care plans for every patient on the panel • Serve as general supervising and collaborating physician for nurse practitioners and physician assistants • Execute and maintain state collaboration agreements • Review clinical escalations and conduct chart audits • Sign skills exams and operational checklists for supervised clinical staff • Train care coordinators on care-management protocols and documentation standards • Provide ongoing clinical guidance and quality-assurance feedback to APPs • Complete ancillary services including Annual Wellness Visits, Advance Care Planning, cognitive assessments, and transitional care management • Work entirely within OA, the company’s clinical and operations platform • Report to the Regional Chief Medical Officer

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO • Board certification maintained throughout employment • Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in New Jersey • Current DEA registration in good standing • Eligible to enroll and bill as a Medicare practitioner • Must not be excluded or debarred from any federal health care program • Insurable under the professional liability policy • Able to work full-time and exclusively for Ennoble Care • One-year commitment • Comfortable with a high-volume telehealth schedule and productivity measurement • Strong, efficient clinical documentation • Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics specialization preferred • Home-based primary care, house-call, or PACE experience sets a candidate apart • Experience supervising or collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants sets a candidate apart • Familiarity with Chronic Care Management, Advanced Primary Care Management, RPM, or BHI sets a candidate apart • Value-based care, ACO, MSSP, or Medicare Advantage experience sets a candidate apart • Licensure in multiple served states or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility sets a candidate apart • Palliative or hospice background sets a candidate apart • Spanish or another second language sets a candidate apart • Candidates must disclose any current or future need for employment-based immigration sponsorship before an offer is extended
