• Engage with declined or non-fit applicants via phone, email, and SMS to understand the SMB’s business goals, needs, and financial profile. • Deliver a transparent, consultative experience by curating a solution clearly and setting accurate expectations. • Analyze credit files, business performance, industry type, and borrower needs to identify the appropriate product fit. • Submit complete and accurate applications, and proactively manage lender requests and updates. • Own daily pipeline execution: new declines, re-engagements, callbacks, doc request, offer presentation, and lender updates. • Achieve monthly KPI targets related to assigned opportunities, volume funded, funded deals, revenue contribution
• 1-3 years in sales, account management, or customer facing roles - fintech or SMB lending preferred. • Strong consultative selling and solution-matching abilities • Proficient with CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and standard tech stacks. • Excellent phone presence and written communication skills. • Strong Organization and pipeline management. • A team-oriented mindset with openness to coaching, feedback, and collaboration
