📋 Description

• Make day-to-day leadership decisions using information from multiple sources and hold teams accountable • Coach leaders and develop talent, including succession planning and retention of high performers • Delegate authority and responsibilities while maintaining ownership of outcomes • Lead, motivate, and guide teams to achieve results • Communicate clearly and compellingly with executives and stakeholders • Manage programs and projects from inception through completion, including budgets and resources • Direct creation of data-driven dashboards and reporting tools for enterprise analytics • Advance and implement analytics and AI solutions to measure, monitor, and benchmark net patient revenue • Establish key performance metrics and align analytics capabilities with organizational priorities • Advise operational executives on analytics strategy, implementation, and data-driven decisions • Establish cross-functional partnerships and integrate diverse data sources • Liaise with clients and financial staff to ingest and analyze data and provide actionable recommendations • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team • Oversee recruitment, retention, and development strategies for analytics talent • Establish service excellence standards and accountability measures for analytics delivery • Perform other job-related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience • CPA/CFA preferred • 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on clinical and operational performance • 5+ years of leadership experience • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and experience managing teams using AI for process and technological improvements • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations • Proficiency in Epic • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Power BI • Executive presence and ability to work with executives at all levels • Emotional intelligence • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Willingness and ability to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs dictate • Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States
