📋 Description

• Support IAM delivery across discovery, design, build, UAT, go-live, and stabilization phases • Translate client requirements into access models, workflows, and RBAC mappings • Coordinate readiness activities across T-30, T-10, T-0, and T+10 milestones • Maintain requirements, workflows, UAT results, runbooks, SOPs, and workflow documentation • Design and support access request workflows through ServiceNow or approved intake channels • Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver, rehire, transfer, and client-change identity lifecycle processes • Resolve workflow, approval, and provisioning issues • Maintain RBAC models, entitlement mappings, and access profiles aligned with least privilege • Support access reviews, certifications, exception handling, and compensating controls • Develop automation using APIs, scripting, and workflows • Support integrations across IAM, ServiceNow, HR/Workday, and applications • Maintain traceable audit evidence and support SLA tracking, operational reporting, and leadership visibility • Partner with IAM, ServiceNow, HR/Workday, Operations, PMO, application owners, clients, and other stakeholders • Support escalations and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions during go-live and hypercare • Translate technical IAM concepts into business impact and operational value

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, access provisioning, security operations, or a related technology function • Experience supporting identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, leaver, rehire, transfer, and access change processes • Experience working with workflow platforms, access request processes, system integrations, or process automation • Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, and access governance • Experience with APIs, scripting, or automation • Understanding of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Candidates must reside and be authorized to work within the United States • Willingness and ability to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require • Preferred: experience supporting client onboarding, implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives • Preferred: background in healthcare or regulated environments • Preferred: familiarity with ITSM platforms, cloud identity solutions, and SaaS application environments • Preferred: experience supporting audit, compliance, access reviews, or control validation activities • Preferred: relevant certifications such as Security+, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM
