📋 Description

• Diagnose, observe, analyze, and characterize software issues occurring during field coverage tests • Delegate issue resolutions to development teams to help ensure optimal platform performance • Manage support channels and assist users • Drive final release validation testing • Update technical documentation • Coordinate field tests in an Agile environment • Serve as a development liaison with the Coverage Test Center (CTC) • Bridge field operations with software engineering for radio frequency tools, diagnostic applications, and LMR platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study • 5+ years of experience in coverage design and testing • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely • ASTRO 25 & LMR Platforms knowledge, including Hydra, Voyager, and Magellan systems • JavaScript and Google Apps Script proficiency • Ability to diagnose software issues and coordinate resolution workflows between field teams and software engineering • Advanced JavaScript proficiency preferred • Familiarity with CI/CD automated testing tools preferred • Agile/Jira ticket workflows familiarity preferred • UI/QA testing experience preferred • Under 10% travel required • Relocation is not provided
