📋 Description

• Work with customer engineering teams on Neo4j implementations across the full project lifecycle, from design through production roll-out • Act as the technical subject matter expert on consulting engagements and provide hands-on technical guidance • Design and implement graph data models for complex relationships, high-performance querying, and analytics • Architect and build Neo4j solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements • Structure graph data for advanced analytics, search, and AI patterns such as RAG • Integrate Neo4j with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex • Advise customers on data engineering and optimize data ingestion patterns into Neo4j • Develop solution architectures for customer project requirements • Explain complex technical concepts to customer engineers and stakeholders • Contribute to solution proposals, level-of-effort assessments, SOWs, and technical recommendations • Train and mentor customer teams on Neo4j and graph development best practices • Collaborate with Neo4j sales, sales engineering, and support teams • Travel as required by customer engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-class applications focused on data-driven or analytics systems • Strong data modelling and data-structure design experience across relational, NoSQL, or graph databases • Experience designing scalable software architectures in modern application development environments • Practical data engineering experience for search, analytics, or AI-driven applications • Hands-on experience in at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or C# • Experience deploying applications on Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes • Familiarity with source control and development workflows using Git • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present technical solutions and build customer relationships • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional organization • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
