📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of customer billing and collections • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant receivables processing • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including invoice generation, payment application, dispute resolution, and aging analysis • Implement controls to reduce risk and support audit readiness • Supervise accounts receivable specialists • Monitor KPIs such as DSO and collection effectiveness • Drive process improvements through automation and system optimization • Partner with Sales, Partnership Success, and Finance teams to resolve complex account issues • Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain strong client relationships • Enforce governance standards • Develop reporting dashboards for executive visibility • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership • Deep knowledge of accounts receivable best practices • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic oversight • Reside and be authorized to work within the United States • Applications from outside the United States will not be considered
