📋 Description

• Perform Project Management functions aligned with PMO best practices for technology, client, vendor, strategic, and other projects • Lead project teams through initiation, planning, execution/monitoring and controlling, and closing of designated projects • Implement projects for new and existing clients, focusing on vendor installations delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality • Establish project charters, scopes, plans, deadlines, and responsibilities • Define scope, estimate costs, budget, resource, schedule, and maintain change control • Manage risks, issues, actions, and changes, including decision-making and issue resolution • Establish and execute communications plans for stakeholders • Clarify objectives, scope, and roles and provide regular status and performance reports • Monitor and manage project cost and team performance • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs and measure project performance • Adhere to enterprise PMO best practices and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years' previous experience • 1-2 years of Revenue Cycle or healthcare experience strongly preferred • Strong communication skills • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI • Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire • Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States
