📋 Description

• Execute the serialized and non-serialized inventory procurement plan • Receive and process purchase order requisitions from field locations • Verify pricing and terms • Submit completed purchase orders to corresponding vendors • Accumulate and process shipment verifications from field locations • Help resolve shipment discrepancies • Provide product pricing and availability information to field staff • Respond to and research special order requests • Perform other merchandising-related duties as assigned • Report to the Merchandising Director

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to receive advice and training from skilled colleagues • Previous experience in musical instrument sales or purchasing • Working knowledge of musical instruments and related products • Understanding of general purchasing procedures • Compliance with company attendance standards • Full-time salaried availability • Resume, brief cover letter, and responses to the short questionnaire required for application
