📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize multiple incoming customer issues based on urgency and impact • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in web-based, mobile, and desktop applications • Document and follow SOPs for escalation to internal teams • Develop documentation to assist other Technical Services Engineers with processes • Drive internal projects with clear documentation and proactive stakeholder communication • Become a subject matter expert in complex technical areas • Mentor team members in complex technical areas • Communicate with customers about steps required to resolve issues • Take ownership of escalated customers and make thoughtful decisions benefiting the customer and company • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Engineering teams • Support successful implementation, deployment, and integration of healthcare software and SaMD offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or healthcare) • 7+ years of experience in technical services, customer support, or related fields within the healthcare or software industries • 3+ years in a healthcare or healthcare adjacent role • Experience troubleshooting and debugging code within web-based applications hosted in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure • Experience handling performance issues, API failures, and infrastructure-related problems • Exceptional technical and non-technical communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage complex technical customer escalations and ensure timely communication and resolution • Demonstrated experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and understanding of HIPAA and FDA guidelines (preferred) • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, including designing, troubleshooting, and integrating with them • Experience with Python, React, React Native, MongoDB, Postgres, and/or GCP • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States now and in the future • EnsoData is unable to support sponsorships
