📋 Description

• Audit AEs’, SDRs’, and presales engineers’ current knowledge and identify where deals stall on technical gaps • Build the core curriculum covering LiveKit fundamentals, voice AI architecture, agents, and the competitive landscape • Create hands-on labs and sandboxes for sellers • Run technical onboarding for new AEs and SDRs • Create a technical learning path for presales and Solutions Architects • Certify demo and discovery readiness through hands-on exercises • Keep technical content current with every product release in collaboration with engineering and product • Measure ramp time, time to first qualified technical conversation, assessment pass rates, and seller confidence • Report to the CRO and work directly with product engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level engineer or technical founder who has shipped production software • Experience teaching or enabling technical content for non-engineers (sales, SEs, or customers), with a demonstrable track record • Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to any audience • Fast learner who ramps quickly on new technology • Nice to have: experience with voice AI, WebRTC, real-time systems, or LLM applications • Nice to have: built a curriculum, bootcamp, or certification program • Nice to have: ran SE or AE onboarding at a dev-tools or infrastructure company • Legally authorized to work in the US (or country of residence)
