📋 Description

• Apply advanced statistical techniques, including regression, hypothesis testing, and survival analysis, to healthcare data • Develop time series models for forecasting and anomaly detection in longitudinal healthcare data • Design and implement feature extraction and transformation pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare data • Handle high-volume EHR, claims, and sensor datasets using distributed computing frameworks such as Spark and Dask • Build and validate machine learning models for risk stratification, disease progression, and patient engagement • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR healthcare data standards • Maintain data integrity and governance • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to clinicians and business stakeholders • Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to translate business needs into data-driven solutions • Develop data-driven solutions to improve patient outcomes, optimize clinical workflows, and enable AI-powered healthcare applications

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years in data science roles • At least 2 years in healthcare analytics • Strong knowledge of regression models, Bayesian methods, and hypothesis testing • Hands-on experience with ARIMA, Prophet, or deep learning-based time series models • Proficiency in Python, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases • Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Proven ability to design features for complex healthcare datasets • Familiarity with clinical terminologies, EHR systems, and healthcare workflows
