📋 Description

• Support long-term product strategy and vision through customer feedback, market trends, research, and analysis • Contribute to product value statements, performance metrics, and customer-satisfaction feedback loops • Execute market validation for released epics through customer conversations, interviews, and research • Assist with product backlog definition, prioritization, and refinement • Draft epics, user stories, and detailed product requirements • Prepare materials and recommendations for product strategy and roadmap discussions • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Services on product updates and go-to-market activities • Provide product information and training support to Sales and Services teams • Review feature requests for viability, scope, and alignment with product goals • Contribute to implementation process improvements with Services • Use AI-augmented capabilities, structured prompting, workflow automation, and agent-based systems to improve product research and delivery • Evaluate AI-driven processes for drift, hallucinations, inefficiencies, and bias; recommend prompt or workflow adjustments • Transform building energy and utility data into sustainability outcomes, including work related to Building Performance Standards and ESG metric verification

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the software industry • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or a relevant advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience • Intermediate understanding of product management principles, customer needs, and company processes • Experience contributing to product teams or supporting product development activities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to apply guidelines, best practices, and analysis to moderately complex product tasks • Advanced prompting expertise, including multi-step prompts with embedded logic, recursion, and context chaining • Context engineering proficiency for structured and unstructured inputs • Working knowledge of transformer-based LLM architectures, attention mechanisms, tokenization, context windows, RAG, and model failure modes • Proficiency in AI workflow automation, LLMs, or agentic systems • Familiarity with integrating LLMs with APIs, vector databases, or code execution environments • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for drift, hallucination, bias, or inefficiencies • Experience using AI tooling for analytics, pattern detection, and predictive modeling • Demonstrated use of AI to improve efficiency, throughput, or quality • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload • Ability to maintain professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment • Ability to travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required
