📋 Description

• Own and maintain the master email marketing calendar for funnels, segmentation, and launches • Manage end-to-end email marketing projects in ClickUp, including tasks, owners, deadlines, and status tracking • Coordinate launches, evergreen campaigns, department timelines, check-ins, and risk escalation • Build, schedule, test, and send email campaigns and promotions in Klaviyo • Build and maintain onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, renewal, promotional, reminder, and other marketing automations • Manage list segmentation, tagging, list hygiene, and email quality assurance • Build landing pages, sales pages, opt-ins, and lead magnets in Leadpages and checkout flows in SamCart • Test complete funnels across pages, forms, automations, checkout, and confirmations • Coordinate creative and copy inputs from contractors and assemble and launch campaigns • Maintain dashboards and KPI reporting in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supabase, and Claude • Analyze list growth, open and click rates, conversion rates, campaign revenue, funnel performance, and engagement • Deliver timely reporting and recommendations to leadership • Own the email marketing technology stack and maintain integrations and automations using Zapier • Audit and simplify tools, identify broken connections and data issues, and resolve or escalate them • Coordinate advertising specialists, copywriters, agencies, and vendors • Create and maintain SOPs and recurring marketing workflow documentation • Monitor project status, active campaigns, automations, reporting, systems, and launch readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning marketing operations or project management in a fast-moving environment • Extremely detail-oriented and organized • Technical and systems-minded; able to learn new tools quickly • Data-oriented with comfort using metrics, reporting, and accountability • Strong, resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Ability to move quickly and communicate effectively • Current knowledge of AI tools and their use for speed and efficiency • Experience with Klaviyo • Experience with ClickUp or another project management software • Experience with marketing tools including Leadpages, SamCart, Demio, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, ManyChat, and Looker Studio
