📋 Description
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues raised by customers, internal stakeholders, or third-party vendors • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing records • Maintain accurate billing records and update customer information in the billing system • Respond to billing inquiries, clarify billing details, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel • Deltek VantagePoint preferred
