📋 Description

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule • Review billing data for completeness and resolve discrepancies before processing • Maintain billing records • Monitor aging reports and support collections efforts as needed • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to billing and account status • Collaborate with Project Controllers to ensure correct billable information • Assist with month-end closing activities related to revenue and billing • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • Associates degree with two years’ work experience accepted • Strong understanding of billing workflows, invoicing, and basic accounting principles • Experience with Cost Point Deltek preferred • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data validation helpful) • Cover letter • Resume • References • Flexible availability outside of standard working hours • Applicants must be eligible to be employed in the United States on federally contracted projects • Satisfactory verification of criminal, education, driving, and/or employment background checks • Passing results from a pre-employment drug screen
