📋 Description

• Code, test, analyze, and review code for accuracy, functionality, performance, and security • Drive the Software Development Life Cycle, define sprint goals, ensure operational stability, and lead product launches • Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers • Communicate strategic technical plans and solutions to executives, cross-functional teams, and clients • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other teams to align technical solutions with business and regulatory objectives • Document architectural designs, create developer guides, and ensure knowledge transfer through comprehensive documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field or foreign equivalent • 7 years of experience working as a Java developer • 6 years of experience in Java Enterprise software development • 5 years of experience in Java and JVM memory and performance tuning • Mastery with Lambdas, Generics, and data structures such as Map, List, and Set • 5 years of experience in Spring Framework or equivalent • 5 years of experience in commonly used Design Patterns and advanced algorithm design for high-throughput systems • 4 years of experience in concurrent programming for real-time transaction systems • 4 years of experience in Hibernate or equivalent JPA frameworks, optimizing query performance • 4 years of experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL, and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB • 2 years of experience ensuring compliance in software development • 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring engineers in a fintech environment
