📋 Description

• Research and quote product and service sales opportunities while maintaining advantageous profit margins • Assist with project opportunities and support run-rate business, including quoting, ordering, open-order management, and post-order support • Coordinate with engineering for BOM design and validation • Assist with deal registration and pricing negotiation • Uplift sales opportunities with warranties, services, accessories, and supplies • Assist with CRM entries, engineering requests, and contract requests • Execute and manage customer orders through successful delivery • Use customer portals for proposal requests, PO receipt confirmations, and shipping information • Resolve customer and supplier problems proactively • Develop and grow customer, vendor, and manufacturer relationships • Expand the ePlus footprint within each account • Provide customer and sales reporting • Maintain knowledge of key products, services, vendor programs, promotions, and campaigns • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience • 4-year degree is preferred • 1+ years in the IT industry is preferred • Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with acute attention to detail • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, products, and processes • Ability to problem solve and exercise judgment • Team oriented with a positive attitude • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and General Computer Application skills
