📋 Description

• Manage timesheet collection for accurate billing • Create and track change orders by working directly with customers to drive additional recurring revenue • Perform ERR entry to the billing team to maintain an accurate financial pipeline for Staffing Renewal business management • Create early SOWs in CONGA to accelerate the SOW execution process • Manage new Start Notifications and Wins for team-selling marketing • Manage pricing requests for new staffing leads to accelerate opportunities • Manage Staffing RFPs • Maintain a candidate database through the Applicant Tracking System • Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be located on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills • Professional demeanor and good communication skills • Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills • Well-skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • High School Diploma required • Ability to handle confidential matters and information professionally • Conduct business in a professional, competent, and ethical manner • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures • Engage in seated and occasional standing or walking activities
