📋 Description

• Execute recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes under supervision • Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, Spotfire, Excel, and Endur • Perform data validation and quality checks across systems • Support trade support and operational workflows • Compile and organize data for analysis and presentations • Support senior team members with ad hoc analysis and special projects • Support trading activities and operational reporting needs • Gather and document requirements by collaborating with stakeholders • Identify and implement incremental process improvements • Reconcile monthly gathering/pipeline invoices against nominated and actual volumes • Track and resolve imbalances, including imbalance trades in Endur • Coordinate with field operations and production teams on nominations and volume questions • Pull and validate data feeds from pipeline interconnects • Support quarterly SOX/audit control testing for commercial transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and formatting • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • High degree of initiative, attention to detail, and accuracy • Ability to follow structured processes and adhere to established workflows • Willingness to learn, actively seek feedback, and adapt to change • Foundational understanding of commodities markets, including supply/demand drivers, price formation, and major market participants • Foundational understanding of trading concepts, including trade structures, order types, hedging, and futures/derivatives • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience • Preferred: Organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task under competing priorities • Preferred: Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • Preferred: Foundational understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including origination, confirmation, scheduling, nomination, invoicing, and settlement • Preferred: Basic understanding of P&L and pricing concepts • Preferred: Foundational familiarity with BI tools, including Power BI and Spotfire, and data visualization principles • Preferred: Ability to translate data insights into plain language for non-technical stakeholders
