📋 Description

• Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery • Serve as intermediary representing partner interests and needs to internal Equip stakeholders • Manage day-to-day program delivery and deliver program KPIs with internal stakeholders • Partner with Patient Acquisition & Marketing teams on payor penetration and growth strategy • Manage health plan satisfaction, renewals, expansion opportunities, contract adherence, contract P&L, and contract utilization • Produce and deliver actionable client meeting agendas and reports • Execute implementation and account management strategies to achieve program milestones and exceed expectations • Build relationships and support contracting conversations as subject matter expert for program delivery, panel growth, operational customizations, and outcome metrics • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Previous experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations • Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver against aggressive project timelines using project management tools and processes • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build working relationships and navigate complex organizations • Experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base • Analytical ability to generate program KPIs and insights for internal and external stakeholders • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, specifically payer and provider focused • Passion for living Equip’s mission and values • Must live with immediate access to the airport and reliable transportation • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and to talk or hear by telephone
